Arthritis Now: Dr. Nunzio Bottini – RA Research [Part 2]

In Part 2 of our interview with Dr. Bottini of the La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology, we continued talking about his rheumatoid arthritis research and the current state of federal funding and why private fundraising is important to fueling young scientists with innovative, new ideas.

Dr. Bottini also answered a special internet question submitted from an ANRF follower regarding how rheumatoid arthritis can impact dental health. As a physician and a researcher, Dr. Bottini will continue his work both seeing patients and using their results to research the best treatment protocols that will hopefully bring about an RA cure.
