Kevin Donohue – ANRF President 2011-2014
19 May 2014
Kevin Donohue, President of the Arthritis National Research Foundation’s Board of Directors from 2011-2014, recently concluded his term as the head of the Board. During his tenure the foundation was named the #1 Charity to Watch by Charity Navigator, maintained it’s stellar 4-star rating, received outstanding marks from an independent review and increased its grant award amounts from $75,000 to $100,000. Quite an impressive three years! Additionally, Mr. Donohue said that he was most proud of the hope the foundation offered those suffering from arthritis and the related autoimmune diseases. The overall practice of doing well by doing good by humankind is something that he and the foundation are blessed to be able to do on a daily basis. Being surrounded by “like minded people and coming together in a synergistic effort to help others”, is an attribute Mr. Donohue is proud to have helped foster. As we close the chapter on Mr. Donohue’s presidency we welcome a fresh face to lead the ANRF Board of Directors in Mr. Shaun Skeris. His first remarks as president can be read in the President’s Message. We are looking forward to a bright future at ANRF and Mr. Skeris is now leading the way!
