Kathleen Tepley was raised in Minnesota where she earned her CAM certification from the Multi-Housing Association of America. She spent 12 years managing multi-unit rental properties for Susee & Lee Associates and Metes and Bounds Management Company, A Professional Law Corporation.

Kathleen served seven years on the Board of Directors for the Sylvan Shores Property Association, spending five of those years as Vice President. During her term, she was able to revise management plans for the association and bring it into a financially thriving resort living, home association and community.

Since relocating to Los Angeles in January of 1997, she has managed and consulted for several corporations, studios and nonprofits. She currently serves part-time in an executive advisory capacity on a continued basis.

In February 2003, Kathy joined the Beverly Hills law firm of Seton and Associates. Since joining the firm, she has advanced from general office manager to Director of Client Relations and Business Development.

In her spare time, she shares many volunteer hours with nonprofit organizations and also serves on the Ambassador Committee for the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce.

Her interests include family, reading, music and movies.

Kathy has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Arthritis National Research Foundation since 2007. Of her five immediate family members, four suffer with arthritis, including her 19-year old daughter who was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis at the age of 18 months. Kathy was a Minnesota Vikings cheerleader when rheumatoid arthritis ended her career at age 23. “My family and I are fully engaged in the Arthritis National Research Foundation’s work,” says Kathy. “Each day we hope that the research ANRF funds will help our family enjoy life without pain.”
